How we do it

Maintenance calls could be logged with PMC either directly by the tenant or the property manager.

We combine technology with skilled resources to coordinate the entire process, from job lodgement to assigning a trades, from make good or to job Completion.

With the use of PMC's proprietary solution and an SMS Gateway, PMC are able to notify prelisted trades people when a job becomes available.

PMC utilise your existing trades people as a primary point of contact or if required PMC could also provide additional trades people to improve responsiveness and job allocation.

The PMC solution is built on a secure web portal housed by 2 servers for contingency in the event of system outage.

PMC utilise a Rostering and Escalation sysytem to categorise trade’s people, their availability and specific qualifications to ensure we have the right trade at the right place at the right time.

Additional to the LIVE 24/7 PMC Customer Service Centre, the PMC Parallax Scrolling Website and Web Portal, we also provide a reliable WEB APP that can be accessed via mobile enabled devises such as Smart Phones, Tablets or Ipads.
